5 out of 5 stars THIS GAME ROCKS!   April 14, 2006
Viva La Jam (?)

if u hav a gamecube, U NEED THIS GAME!
i first saw this game being played round a friends house the day it came out, and my first thought was I NEED THIS GAME! i hated zelda games with passion, but when i saw this i fell in luv.iv completed this about 11 times and still havent got all the heart containers (never completed it with the PJs and extra stuff) this game is the work of gods! the first 2 hours suxs though (although the first time i played it it took me a whole afternoon but i sucked then, now im great).when i got this peice of the heavens i also got the amazing ocarina of time, and master quest disc with it which rocked! the best thing bout this game is the amazing graphics, the way links face jumps when he hits a rock with his sword, or starts losing health, and the music dont get me started on that, lets just say its rocks! if u play alot of games or r just really bored (like me) then this is a game u should get. until twilight princess comes out

5 out of 5 stars Would give it 50 stars if i could   December 9, 2005

Never played a better game!

Graphics:everyone knows the famous cel-shaded graphics, you either love 'em or you hate 'em. I love 'em.

Music:pretty good but does it really matter? Well not much to me.

Gameplay:this is what, in my opinion, really makes a game, and this will not disappoint you. Easy to learn tough to master controls, a nice real time battle sequence and a variety of islands to travel to and from with easy to read and helpful maps and compasses for when you are sailing the seven seas.

Lifespan:good length but i highly advise you to get a guide because the are thousands of excellent extras that are not only really fun but help you complete the game. I finished the game (apart from the final boss) and then spent at least three times that amount of time completing all the extras. but do them as you go along because you will have to replay entire dungeons to do some of them afterwards.

overall i would recommend this to any zelda fan, RPG fan or just anyone who owns a gamecube. What are you waiting for.

5 out of 5 stars A Classic Gamecube Title!   October 13, 2005

Whatever people may say about the graphical style displayed by this game, it is a truly engrossing and uplifting experience nonetheless! A wonderfully interactive world, it is a beautiful beautiful game...

5 out of 5 stars Magical indeed   August 5, 2005

I loved this game, beginning to end. Not tedious, not too hard, loved it. The graphics have offended a few hard core fans, but there is no harm in one game having them. They make the game feel more fun and innocent, maybe kiddy but since when did Nintendo gamers care. A great story, jsut Nintendo at their best. People compare it to Ocarina, say its not as good, but that shoudln't hide the fact that this game is a masterpeice, weather its easier or less atmospheric or whatever.

5 out of 5 stars Cartoon Link Rocks! But the realistic Link is better   July 14, 2005

It's probably the best game on Gamecube yet, but Twighlight Princess should beat it. The grphics take a little bit of getting used to but you should like them eventually, i would stick to the realistic link graphis in the future. But the graphics aren't important becaue the gameplay is as good as any other Zelda game! You have all of the old weapons and the new picto-box is a nice feature. An annoying part to the game is the fact that you have to sail everywhere, i guess Epona missed the audition for this one, sailing gets extremely boring and you will be very thankful when you get the teleporting song on your Windwaker (the Windwaker is what you play your songs on). The lifespan works well to, it keeps you going for a long time but there could be more dungeons, maybe the extremely boring part where you have to find seven yes SEVEN Triforce shards. Despite all this i'm still giving it a good 5 stars because it is a good game to add to your Zelda collection and the gameplay and storyline are excellent, if you've got a 'cube then you need this game!
