Fat Kids Eating Fast Food Get Even Fatter Nearly 25% of adults in the UK today are classed as clinically obese and this figure is rising fast. Obese means that the fat that people carry is seriously endangering their lives. Good! The sooner these lard-assed layabouts kick-the-bucket the better.

Getting fat is simply down to one very simple equation, you are eating more food than you are burning off through exercise. So if you do nothing but sit in front of the T.V., drive to work and then sit in front of a computer you really shouldn’t be stuffing cakes and chips into your fat gob! Your daily calorie requirement is only a fraction of what would be needed if you got off your fat ass and took some exercise.

What really makes me mad is the bad example that fat parents set for their kids. Surely this is a form of serious child cruelty. I happen to live very near to a school so I see parents who drive to drop-off and pick-up their much-loved progeny every day. It’s very interesting to see that most of the apparently slim, healthy looking parents appear to have slim and healthy looking kids and that many of the lumbering, overweight, fat-assed parents appear to be raising a family of monstrous weebles!

Modern lifestyles have been blamed for the much reported obesity epidemic, but exactly which aspects of a modern lifestyle are to blame? It’s far easier to pile into the car and drive the kids to school than it is to walk down the road with them, so this is what many parents will do. It is far easier to let the kids stay in and play sedentary computer games or watch DVDs than it is to get out and play active games with them. So is it really our modern lifestyles or fat parents being lazy?

Parents taking the easy, lazy option send a powerful message to their kids which tells them that it is perfectly acceptable to use the car rather than walk, that it is perfectly acceptable to take zero exercise and instead slob-out in front of the idiot box every night of the week.

Human beings are built to feed themselves by running around, picking nuts and berries, hunting animals and avoiding being eaten themselves. Online shopping, cars and an abundance of almost irresistible fatty, sugary, tasty and tempting foods do not compensate for the lack of effort that we need to make in order to get the food that we actually need. But we have brains so we should be able to manage this transformation, shouldn’t we?

I think it is crucial that youngsters are provided with the best chance in life. Parents must ensure that the example they are setting for their kids is a good example in all respects. This means that fat and unfit parents must take radical steps to change their ways for the benefit of their kids. I would advocate free slimming pills and even free radical surgery in extreme cases. Remarkable results can be achieved using various modern drug therapies such as Acomplia, Xenical and Reductil.

It is absolutely essential that overweight, unhealthy parents and parents-to-be are fully aware of their responsibilities towards their offspring. They must demonstrate will power and an ability to resist tempting smells and easy access to fast food. They must educate their kids to recognise when they have eaten enough food and help their kids to develop appropriate self-control in the face of the enormous temptations that we all encounter every day.
