Sky TV - Overpriced waste of money
Yes, I ‘ve done it, I have finally cancelled my Sky TV, hooray! When looking over the expenditure, I simply cannot believe how much money I have paid for Sky TV in the last couple of years, and for what? It’s crap!
Fact is Sky as with every other business in the UK has got greedy; a price rise was due in September and enough was enough.
Cancelling Sky is not easy
Truth if the matter is if you try and cancel Sky TV be prepared for the excuse of “our phone system is down, can you ring another time?”
“Well no actually I cannot, so can you cancel my subscription now, or shall I just verbally abuse you, question your sexuality, ridicule your job and your parental status?”
You have to wonder how many people actually need Sky TV? I know if people with Sky TV were surveyed, the vast majority would say they can never find anything that want to watch.
The trouble is I wont have any extra money in my pocket as I have got to give all my spare cash to the professional thieves known as British Gas - In one hand and out the other.
Sky have killed sport
Many would disagree with me on this one, but where are tomorrows Cricketers going to come from? Where are tomorrows boxers going to come from? And as for football, that is just a joke now, with nancy boy professional footballers earning obscene amounts of cash from Sky TV’s money.
Supply and demand running out for Sky
I appreciate that it is all supply and demand, but as the harsh reality of increased bills really starts to bite, I can see people cancelling Sky subscriptions in their droves.
Simple economics - Gas bill or Sky TV, I think you can work out which one gets priority.
Seriously, if you have got Sky TV, get rid, it’s a rip-off, get FreeView or FreeSat - give greedy SKY TV a bloody nose, cancel your subscription today and bring their money-grabbing ways to an end!
