Parents who smoke are killing their children

Are you a parent that is killing their baby, child or children?

Do you smoke when your children are in the car?

I tell you nothing riles me more than seeing an adult smoking in a car that has children or a baby in it.

These idiotic, fecking useless pieces of stink piss simply do not deserve children.

And it is not an rare occurrence, I often see car drivers with children in the car and a cigarette in one hand; how responsible letting your children breathe in all that poisonous shit.

If you are a parent that smokes in front of their children, do you not realise that you are close to attempted murder?

What other way would you put it? The smoke from cigarettes is not exactly the healthiest thing children or babies can breathe in is it?

Diseased Lungs So when packed in a car, what chance does a child have when the murderous parent is puffing away with such nonchalant disregard to the child’s well being.

It’s wrong, and I want to see something done about it. Do you want your childs lungs to end-up like the set of lungs in the picture?

Parents get chastised for much lesser things than this, so why the hell are parents who smoke whilst their suffering children are present allowed to get away with this?

Next time you are in a car, (it’s especially bad during the school run) have a look for yourself, and you will see as clear as day the scummy mothers and fathers who are so addicted to cigarettes, they put their own craving before the safety, health and well being of their child or children.

Seriously, think about what you are doing and stop smoking and stop killing your children. Just because you choose to smoke it does not mean your children have to.

There is no proven evidence of passive smoking killing anyone. If you think differently Crips then show me the evidence.

As a smoker I am sick of being treated like an outcast in this country - the Government are more than happy to take the extortionate amount of tax I pay on my ciggies so I will enjoy then whenever and wherever I please. More paranoia from a sick and twisted nation!

What next? ban alcohol in pubs?

Steve, each comment you make is more idiotic than the last. I have no problem with smokers, just go in a shed and smoke yourselves to death. Don’t impose your smoking habits on others.

I don’t agree with the governments stance on the total ban, but that said, it is more pleasant in pubs and clubs without having to inhale the smoke of the inconsiderate idiots who have no simple will power.

Evidence can be twisted by both sides in the smoking argument, but I stick by what I say, it can do no good for a child to be in enclosed environment inhaling the rubbish that cigarettes emit.

The people that pose the genuine danger to everybody’s health aren’t the smokers with their humble ciggies, it’s the 4×4 drivers and their great big fuel-guzzling tanks that should see the Goverment come down heavily on.

What my Ford Focus chucks out on a average day - add that to the smoke I make daily from my ciggies and you will propbably get a tiny fraction of the pollution your average 4×4 chucks out on a daily basis.

I’ve never heard of somebody gassing themselves in the garage with ciggie smoke but plenty have done it with a pipe attached to the exhaust!

Priorities should me made right first.

Steve, I agree about cars and the rubbish they spit out, unfortunately, there are too many people in the automobile and oil industries who have too much influence with Governments throughout the world. This subject is worth a blog itself as is abortion

Back to smoking when in the company of children - It’s wrong, no ifs, no buts, no maybes. Parents chooes to smoke, an infant of say 6 months is subjected to the poison and cannot ask their murderous parents to put the cigarette, cigar or pipe out.

But the “poison” the cigs throw out have not been proven to cause anybody any harm (passively). Free Country = Free Choice.

My local hospital has banned smoking on the entire site - even in the open air. This is ridiculous considering the long lines of traffic trying to park at the place and all the crap coming from the exhaust pipe. It’s paranoia taken to ridiculous extremes my friend. I respect your views Crips - like me I consider you to be an intellectual and I find your views fascinating - you have my deepset respect for that, believe me - even if they are bigoted and ill thought out. Fancy an IQ test?

yeah you tell the parents that ‘rev up’ their 4×4 engines in the living rooms where children are are present to turn them off …steve start a new thread on that mate.

yes smokers are fools…..i was one once , i look back and the emotions physical effects are impossible to express in text form.

Yet, smokers/adults/people ..influence children ….smoking is the most pointless ‘known’ self destructive legal habit in the history of everything. it takes just one drag/puff on one stick to become a life time user…and funder of abuse.

cardiovascular damage happens instantly…why people go on about cancer i don’t know?????
this is the most stupid advertising tactic…cardiovascular damage , happens to children that passive smoke. lifetime out of breath , filthy veins and sex drive damage later in life from smoking ….ect ect…the list is too long, every operation of the body requires air oxegen/nirtogen …smoking blocks all the path ways that supply these fuels to the vitals and replace them with Benzene,Formaldehyde Ammonia Arsenic , Carbon Monoxide, Cyanide and tar ,3000 thousand other destructive chemicals..

i was a total fool. and smokers are in denial.

smokers should hang their head in shame to smoke in front of a child , because i child will want to know the sensation and will most likely try …and thats it ..addiction.
