As us poor disabled people have such a rough time and cannot afford to pay their heating bills let alone buy anything fancy, I thought I would fantasize upon some private number plates that would appeal to the less able members of the community.
So for all those poor disabled people who lease a car from Motability I have devised some custom number plates just for you.
