Heather Mills McCartney - Hats Off to the Legless One
I have never had the pleasure of meeting Heather Mills McCartney, however some of my crip friends have.
The flavour that has come back has in all fairness not been to complementary of the soon to be Heather Mills again, the word is she really could not give a shit about anyone apart from herself - Fair play, it’s a dog eat dog world.
In some respects Heather is to be commended for championing the cause of us cripsters, people need to take the disabled community seriously. So when someone high profile like Heather Mills becomes a victim of a life-changing incident it is good for the ‘disable’ community, but of course a crock of crap for the person affected.
So back to the topic, and I have just seen a post on the site that has really pissed me off, it reads:
Well it appears there are some really bitter amputees out there, with the prinicipal one being Margeret Tyson who set-up and amputee rehabilitation project in Manchester.Margaret Tyson said “The problem is most people dislike Heather Mills - she almost gives amputees a bad name,” says Margaret Tyson, who set up an amputee rehabilitation project in Manchester. “I think she’s a publicity seeker out for her own ends. It’s a pity it isn’t someone with less of a reputation than Heather on the programme.”
I have a message for Margaret Tyson and any negative amputees who are slating Heather Mills for having the opportunity to take part in the show.
GET A LIFE AND STOP BEING SO BLOODY BITTER!
Just because Heather Mills McCartney can open doors and gets given opportunities, it does not give you the right to slag her off.
Dear Margaret,
Most people dislike Heather Mills because she is successful, it has nothing to do with her leg you twat!
What is she supposed to do, sit at home and sponge or moan like many of the free-loading disabled community does?
No bollocks, she is getting on with her life. Yes there are those that may think she is seeking more publicity following the break-up of her marriage to Paul McCartney which is being over-hyped by the media. But what about the thought that life goes on and with all the shit that she is having to deal with on a day to day basis, perhaps she needs an escape?
Personally I hope Heather Mills McCartney goes on to win the competition. (I can’t see it, simply because there are better dancers - cripples or not) For Christ’s sake she is an amputee and she is giving it a go.
It is a pity that so many of you bitter, twisted, nasty sour cripples don’t get off your sorry disabled arses and make a life for yourselves - Heather has and you are as jealous as can be.
I pity you sour people, it’s cripples like you that give the outward members of the disabled community a shit name.

Lee, you make some valid points in your arguements in favor of Heather Mills.
However, because she took advantage of a OAP and national hero (albetit a smug tosser) I feel that she deserves a bit of stick. Anyway, aren’t people in the public domain expected to get a bit shite, after all we have to put up with their mugs on tv all the time.
