Facebook will die now Microsoft has its claws in it!

For Facebook the party is over. It has sold its soul to the devil. The devil being Microsoft.

I am not a fan of anything that Microsoft have a part with and I simply refuse to buy an XBOX360 and further line the pockets of the US software giant. Why Facebook have chosen to partner with Microsoft is beyond me. The software produced by Microsoft is racked with bugs and the next release of software from Microsoft is no better than the last.

Microsoft’s online products are not much better; look at the search product ‘live’ - it’s crap, I’m surprised anyone uses it as the results it produces are truly pitiful.

So now Microsoft have plucked Facebook away from the clutches of Google can we expect more bugs to appear in Facebook than ever before?

Will Microsoft kill Facebook in a way that it has killed its online search market? Or will Facebook be the springboard that Microsoft requires in order to launch an attack on Google and claw back some of the market share that Google currently has?

Aw maaan, just when I was finally starting to like FaceBook as a platform.

Microsoft are desperately trying to get into the market, first Digg, and now Facebook. Nobody wants them anywhere near it though, and with social media, the people vote, so they’ve not a chance.

Oh well MS FaceBook 2007 (Service Pack 3a), it was good while it lasted.
