Bollywood Singstar- Why?

I agree, if they are gunna sell shit like Bollywood Singstar in this country, they could at least make it so English people would bloody understand.
Who in their right mind is gunna wanna sing something from a totally different language, when we have a perfectly good ENGLISH singstar.
This may only be a game, but this country is going seriously downhill, soon there will be more foreign people, with their crappy foreign games, then there will be people who really deserve to be in this country.
It’s a load of shit, How does saying what everyone else in this country is really thinking make MrBlack a racist?

Donna, If you are going to apply your narrow-vision policy to everything then lets not watch movies made in America. I bet both you and MrBlack eat Indian Food, Chinese food, Mexican food and the like, so shall we stop people from eating that as well?

Whilst I don’t agree with immigrants being given special dispensation; the understanding of culture for us all is not a bad thing.

But let’s get one thing right; this is England and our culture should stay; but that does not mean not participating or indeed embracing other cultures.

mr.black, you just said the food tastes good and differenf romt our normal food, thats because its from a different culture so as nice as it is to see you establish its differnet form english food its quite amsuiong how tyou refuse to embrace that you liek it because of where it comes from, and mr.crip is right you eat the food and watch american movies (who yes have english actors in but USA movies are form USA rpoducers and all the standing rights are to the USA all the profits etc are for the USA not england)
even totally english movies like harry potter share profits etc with warner bros. which is american eventhough HP insists on being entirely english-based

if you dont like bollywood singstar then dont buy it, but dont have a go at people (english or foreign) who want to buy it, there may just be some perfectly english peopel in this country with parents from a different background that doesnt make them less english, although if you beg to differ id be happy to argue*ahem* discuss it with you…
with mr.black’s suggestion to change the words to english i agree actually, would be nice to se other songs and stuff in english so yeh go for it, but why are you assuming most the foreigners live in london, mr black? i can see where your asusmption comes from but still, sales shouldnt be limited to anywhere…
english songs are released in froeign countries, even if peopel dont count USA as foreign but it is, so i dont see the problem with other songs being released here, foreign artists have just as much right to have fame as english artists, look at shakira she has songs both in polish or whatever and english…jenifer lopez has foreign music, so does christina aguilera i think, like some spanish thing or something…
so yeh also loads of people can actually find the music good for dancing it has good rythmn and stuff like bellydancing (whic h has become very popular lately) comes form foreign countries and english music just doesnt cut it for proper dances, tangos have like argentinan music or something….
perhaps before we jump to conclusions about england being invaded by foreigners like its the apocalypse, people should shush for a minute, eat their indian takeaway that we all know they love, and just be quiet…you dont have to liek bollywood music just liek you dont have to like opera or rap or power balladds or ratpack….
lighten up, its just music…
and before someone htis back with a ‘its about the culture’ thing, get over it…if youre not accepting their cultures then you can hardly say youre not racist because youre AGAINST their RACE.

ok im done for now… =D but i tihnk mr.black has some good points but i know this is way too long for a comment worth reading, so i dont have time or patience to say why i agree….but yeh, =D

jesus sorry that was longer than i thought haha….and erm just a closing note, mrblack next time would you be able to write about something other than foreigners or are they that much or a problem to you that you have to complain about then week-in, week-out….lets try some english issues yeh? coz god knows there are plenty…and i look forward to donnas comment on it =D

I believe we should still keep our culture and our beliefes, but I also think we should keep an open mind to the other ciltures that are increase in Britain,

I have read that one, and may I say Mr. Black I think it was one of the best you have written, however there is must be somewhere in the middle, where Britain can stay Britain, but embrace other cultures at the same time.

Mr Black, nobodys gonna get along if you keep being ‘opinionated’ at them =]. The best way for people to get along in this country is to approach them with an open mind instead of a burning flag, eh? Its like saying ‘men and women sometimes disagree - we like different things. Chick flicks? Pfft! Christina Aguilara? Pfft! Chuck em out!’ Its a very silly way to go about getting everyone to get along, making sure that anyone who disagrees with you is put to death or sent back to their own country, because thats the sort of thing that causes WARS. And nobody wants that.
