Beauty Products and Treatments - Why?
The world seems to have gone mad for Beauty Treatments - in fact I would say for many it is an obsession bordering on an addiction and I for one don’t understand it.
So why do so many women and men spend so much bloody money on beauty products and treatments? Next time you are out and about whether it be in a car or walking - take a good look around you. Without fail you will see a beauty salon a nail studio or a hairdressers.
It’s like beauty salons are the rabbits of the retail world and these rabbits are breeding endlessly.
Here’s my question to you all - what’s the fucking point of wasting cash on all these bullshit beauty products?
Let’s look at Oil of Olay - Does it work? Does it fuck. My nan was plastering her face with that shit for years. Does my nan look any younger? No, and FACT, she is a damn site poorer for wasting her money over the years on this ‘Beauty Product’. FACT, women who use Oil of Olay might as well rub Goats spunk into their faces, it would have the same effect. (OK, goats spunk might smell a touch more pungent than Oil of Olay. You know where I’m coming from though.
So why did my Nan and why do so many others place faith in these types of beauty product in the first place? Simple, its hype, advertising and the bullshit media.
Fair enough, we all want to look our best, there is nothing wrong with that. But when you see these bullshit sales people on shite channels like QVC, do you people not see that it is the hard sell?
Case in question - Liz Earle. Now Liz Earle moved through the ranks of GMTV. This bint used to do interiors. Now she has her own range of beauty products which are often being sold on QVC.
So Liz Earle is now some expert in skin care? - well I’m sorry I don’t buy that Liz Earle is a ‘Beauty Expert’. It’s all a front. But you silly bastards who buy all this shit are not making yourselves more beautiful - you are simply lining their pockets!
Look face facts, we are all going to get old - some people age better than others. It depends on what sort of life you have. It’s common sense that someone who has a shit diet and eats, drinks and smokes too much is not going to look good in the long term.
These beauty companies are preying on the vanity of the western world - and here’s the message they want you to hear. The beauty companies want you to burn the candle at both ends, why? Because once you are doing so, they will then release the marketing on you and tell your only salvation is to spend the rest of your cash on the beauty products that are going to prolong your youth and your looks and your health; these products will help substantiate your hectic life.
THAT IS UTTER BOLLOCKS
The only thing that is going to prolong this is YOU, not Liz Earle, not L’oreal, not Chanel - You and you alone.
If make-up and beauty products work so well, why are there so many cosmetic surgeons in the world? Simple, because we are all being fed an absolute bucket load of horse shit, and we all seem to ignore the foul stench and think that the world of Health and Beauty is all sweetness and light.
I’ve been having a look about at some of the Health and Beauty sites that are out there.
For women, there is the world famous Sanctuary Spa - The Health Spa which is exclusively women only - Well, isn’t that sort of sexist? And they don’t do wheelchairs. So i’m fucked in more than one-way.
Can you image a mens only club? Fuck me with Rod Hull’s dead cock, that would have every do-gooder liberal wanker in the world shouting from the rooftops about discrimination against the wenches.
Then there is The Beauty Room; The Beauty Room sells some very nicely priced Health and Beauty products - how do I know, because some twat brought my other half some gear from there and now she has brought into the concept - fuck that, and she moans she never has any money - it’s no bloody wonder after she wastes it all on shit for her face and skin!
Seriously, you won’t get me buying this crap, but all of those of you that do are simply feeding the egos and bank balances of some very manipulative people.
