Anti-Smoking campaigners target Jeremy Clarkson and Top Gear
There is nothing worse than a reformed smoker, and you can only think the people behind the anti-smoking organisation ‘ASH’ are nothing but bitter reformed smokers.
ASH have copped a strop because Top Gear presenters lit pipes on Sunday’s show - Big deal, so what?
I watched the final few minutes of Top Gear on Sunday evening; as a non-smoker did it offend me? NO
I actually found the image of Clarkson, May and Hammond with pipes quite amusing.
It would appear the people at ASH have no sense of humour. I have a question for you so-called do-gooders who feel you have a right to tell people what the hell they can or cannot do? Do you think the studio audience who were there for the show really gave a flying fig about the Pipes?
This is pure opportunism from the numpties at ASH to make a name for themselves. The fact that ASH’s ’spokesperson’ is a woman pretty much says it all. This frosty bint is probably not able to have kids and has made it her vocation in life to take her disappointment and bitterness out on people who are having a wee bit of fun.
Organisations like ASH have a purpose, but who on earth takes them seriously when they allow such pathetically narrow mindedness to sour what was a bit of fun.
Get lost ASH and take your politically correct rhetoric with you.

I have to say I’m with you here Crip (Is this a first?)
After all for crying out loud have these campaigners nothing better to be doing than this??….its sooo stupid and they are probably highlighting it more now by complaining about it
I just have visions of these people sitting by the telly waiting for any new programming to come on to watch out for stuff like this so that they can then give out
Its madness
Oh and incidentally I don’t smoke either
