The Groom Mate Platinum XL works flawlessly, fed up of noisy, tickly conventional nasal trimmers, 2 cheap oem ones and 1 Remington, I decided to try this out.
This first thing you notice is that this is heavy, its a solid lump of engineered metal about the size of an AA battery. You merely stick it up your nose, hold the top of it and twist the bottom of it. No noise, mess or fuss. You hardly will know it worked until you see all the hair in it!
It even dismantles easily for when you want to give it an extra thorough cleaning - and you will want to look after it, if you do not lose it, it will be the last trimmer you will every buy!
I might even get a second unit, one for the house and one for travel.

What a great little gadget. I already have a battery operated trimmer but it always feels like it's going to slice up my nostrils, and it's always with great trepidation that I stick it up my nose. No such worries with the Groom Mate as you're in complete control.
At first I found that it plucked some hairs rather than cut them but that was because I stopped rotating it when withdrawing. Once I learned that lesson I didn't have a problem again and my eye's haven't watered since.
As far as longevity is concerned it's beautifully machine turned from solid steel, and to very high tolerances too and I can see this lasting a life time. Just as well as the makers give a lifetime guarantee so they are certainly putting their money where their mouth is. I don't think they have anything to worry about however as you could run over it in a 38 tonne truck and I'm sure that apart from a few scratches it would still work perfectly.
All in all a great little tool and a purchase you won't regret.

This nasal trimmer is excellent. It is pain-free and the final result is superb. I got one for myself and as soon as I showed it to my dad he wanted one too!
