I switched from regular round braun heads to these about two years ago. The technique using them effectively is slightly different but the results achieved are consistently outstanding. Until I used this head I didn't appreciate how good the result could be. After every use it feels like I've just emerged from the hygenist's chair. Neither I nor my wife would revert to the regular braun head.

Disagree with the earlier reviews. I find the brush head is very effective and there is noticeable movement from both brushes. My mouth is of average size and I do not find the heads awkward or difficult to use. I definitely prefer them to the single brush head and would recommend you try them.
A possible downside may be that they drain more battery power but its not something I've noticed and the quicker and more effective cleaning compensates for this anyway. You still need to floss though and the Braun Hummingbird flosser is also highly recommended.

The description clearly states "fits all regular rechargeable toothbrushes" er... no it doesn't!!
Well, not my "Regular Vitality Sonic" rechargeable toothbrush!
Not happy, having to go through the inconvenience of returning.
Please double-check the fine print, if it exists!

I bought these hoping that they would provide superior cleaning power to the regular flexisoft precision clean brush heads with the round heads. In all honesty I found these brush heads not only somewhat less effective generally but also a lot more difficult to maneouvre than the normal brush heads due to their size. I certainly didn't notice twice the cleaning action as the side to side motion of the second head is barely noticeable. I wouldn't buy them again and will stick to the normal flexisoft precision clean brush heads.
