At the price it seemed too good to be true, and unfortunately it is.
It didn't start well when the instruction book was for a different variant of this product, with different control buttons. However, the operation of these things is usually simple enough, so I loaded up some albums in MP3 format.
Watching out for the instant record button (which is always live and irritatingly records straight away if you accidentally push it!) I scrolled through the modes to find a way to play a chosen album, but the player simply will not do anything other than play from the first song in it's memory. You can select the folder with the album you want, but when you press to play it, then you're returned to the first song on the first album, alphabetically loaded!
The only reason to give it a star is that it wasn't too much money wasted!
