I would highly recommend this disk. I'm using it with a Mac, and it worked straight out of the box (although I chose to reformat it in Mac OS Extended). It is very slim, very solidly build with a completely metal body, and it is almost silent. The buss power is a bonus as well -- really makes this easy to use.

What can one really say about an external USB storage disk as long as it works? However, this sleek and black piece of gear is superb to look at. Looks good on my desk and a minor envy for my friends.
Comes with FAT32 format. Best to format it to NTFS if you are using Windows. Instructions are on the manual on the drive itself.
If you need a 320GB external disk, you could do a lot worse than buy this one.
