Bought two of these for my sons who have ipod shuffles. Also used it with my wife's nano. Sound quality is excellent. Only giving four stars as the remote will only skip tracks with the nano in the docking station, the new shuffles have to connect via the 3.5mm jack plug on the back (the lead is included!!) and you have to skip tracks manually. Overall excellent product and superb value for money (especially in white which is cheaper??).

I bought these in white for my daughters xmas present to go with her ipod chronomatic 16gb. i had read that the charging facility was not compatible with this particular ipod, but that intempo were in the process of making an adapter to rectify this. I couldnt believe the sound quality out of such small speakers they really are powerful and excellent value (only paid 20 for the white off amazon)I received the adapter off intempo just after xmas, their customer service is excellect. cant really say anymore, except, if you are thinking of buying these....go for it!!!

I have just purchased this and whilst great speakers they do not charge the new 4G ipod nano!! However if you ring Intempo they have designed a charger unit which they will send out to you free of charge to cure this problem although not ready to be despatched yet so you go on a waiting list!

Intempo IDS05 B Speaker and Docking Station - Black
I agree with the majority of other reviews that this speaker dock creates a great sound mainly due I think to the inclusion of a 9 watt subwoofer. Unfortunately it does not support recharching of the new Ipod Nano (4th generation), which is not mentioned in the product description. However, all other facilities are supported using the remote control. Was thinking of returning this item but so pleased with the sound that I decided to keep it.
