great product November 6, 2008 Carl Pennington I found this ipod fun to and very easy to use. Loading songs onto it via ITunes is simplicity personified. The sound is great and i find the earphones are quite good, comfortable with a good quality sound although there are obviously better ones. The only gripe i have is that the battery doesn't last very long,(around 5 hours, tops).
1GB Nano Memory Loss May 27, 2006 Mr Twain (UK) 9 out of 31 found this review helpful
i bought the white ipod nano 1GB because my old mp3 deleted everything on it. when i got my ipod i noticed it only had 892mb memory instead of the full 1gb.
battery issue again April 21, 2006 S. H. Salah (london, uk) 12 out of 20 found this review helpful
The battery quality is nowhere as good as it should be. My one last 's 5 hours max continual play with the volume at max. It should be double this at least. Other irk is the time it takes to shut it down, one has to keep pressing it down. I knew about this before, I only bought it for and because it is a beautifuly designed device.
They are so small and easy to use April 4, 2006 jazza (Tunbridge wells, kent, UK) 15 out of 23 found this review helpful
I bought an iPod Mini in May 2005 and my mum put it in the washing machine (idiot!!!). Anyway, i wanted another iPod and in November 2005 i bought one. I bought the 2GB version as i have a lot of songs and it was posibily the coolest little thing i have ever owned in my life. I was amazed and when the advert for them says 'Impossibly small' then you better beleive it. It could fit in my wallet. It is like the size of a credit card and it stores photos as well which is a good thing because i like to keep photos and the qualitiy of the picture is unbeleivable. The sound of the music is also fantastic. To anyone wondering whether they should get one, just get one and you will not regret it. They are incredible.
A sporty little beast February 26, 2006 m tennant (united kingdom) 102 out of 110 found this review helpful
The ipod nano 1gb white is a stunningly bueatiful mp3 player weighing in at only 42 grams, pencil thin and holding around 240 songs. The ipod nano has a crystal clear 1.5 inch colour screen, which is ideal for viewing the photos the nano can hold or just the album artwork of the song you are currently playing. The ipod nano's memory is flash memory therefore there are no moving part's so the nano is completly skip free. The ipod nano has a 14 hour battery life from a charge of around 3 hours. The ipod nano comes with 4 inbuilt games ideal for thise boring times on the bus. The nano is pc and mac compatible. Unfourtanatly like the ipod mini and the shuffle before it you do not get a mains charger with the ipod. Therefore when you buy the ipod the only way of charging the nano is throught the usb2 port on your computer, If you dont have usb2 on your computer or want a wall charger one of these will set you back around £19 pounds. Team the nano up with the many accsesories around such as the lanyard headphones, nano tubes (protective case for nano) or of course the nano dock and you'll never look back. In the box you get headphones, usb 2.0 cable, a dock adaptor, case, ipod , itunes software and instruction manual. As usual with ipods the only thing's i can criticise with the nano is the lack of fm radio, (this can be sorted by purchasing the new ipod fm remote) and lack of wall charger. If you can over look these things and want an mp3 player that is easy to use, has good sound quality and is stunningly attractive then the ipod 1gb nano is for you but if you want a bigger capacity then why not look at the 2gb or 4gb models.
