I bought this mp3 for my 10 year olds birthday and he now finds it really easy to use and to download music from wmplayer.
I am rather jealous so may have to treat myself to one for Christmas!
really easy to use great sound the earphones we will probably upgrade but a really great MP3 hes really pleased with it.

Excellent little MP3 player -
Easy to navigate.
Drag and drop tracks and albums from Windows Media Player couldn't be simpler.
Excellent sound, and the headphones are better than most free ones I've had.
Maybe a little expensive for a 2GB but size and sound quality make it worthwhile.
Highly recommeded....

This really is a fantastic little MP3 player, having the older less functional 8gb NW-A1200 complete with dire sonicstage i really wanted a more modern, small, compact player and i am happy to say this 2gb player was everything i ever wanted...
+ Fantastic battery life, over 25hours, 3hours or so charge up time
+ No Sonicstage, just drag and drop, so simple and easy to use
+ Compact and slim line design, screen is bright and easy to see
+ Beefy and strong sound quality is better then most mp3 players
+ Easy to work menu, fast, efficent and easy to use, plenty of sound augments and ways to fiddle your music playback options
- No video playback and the picture viewer is really just an add-odd
- Lack of playlist creation on the mp3 player itself is annoying
While some might say the player is pricy i think this is a fantastic value for money player, best partnered with some good headphones tho to take full advantage of it, in conclusion, a good easy to use player with the sound quality to make it good value for money!

Bought this after reading reviews about it, so i thought i'd share my opinion of yet another Great Sony product..!
It really is so so simple to use, you just drag and drop songs from your windows media player and within a few seconds.,, Its ready for action. And boy does it sound good. If your thinking about it like i was, buy it you wont be dissapointed.

I just received this, and am returning it right away because it uses a proprietary connection for the USB. I don't want to make sure I carry around a particular Sony-only lead for an mp3 player. I already do that for my Sony phone. Most other players either have an inbuilt USB or use the standard small-to-large USB connector. In a pinch, I could buy one or borrow one from a friend, but not with this.
