I`ll tell you why because I was THAT pleased with it, having purchased my DVD HD From John Lewis, and having previously paid THE EARTH for a HDMI cable for my "other" setup from them, I thought AMAZON !
I ordered the 1 metre cable, the quality is excellent, and the picture superb. Dont hesitate to purchase you will not be dissapointed, delivery was was next day. * Highly recommended *

I have recently upgraded to Sky HD and bought spanking new 40inch Samsung TV and a blu-ray player, so I wanted a cable that would do both justice. I bought this item through Amazon and the seller dispatched it almost instantly. and it arrived 2 days afterwards. My enthusiasm was dampened, however, when I connected the cable to my TV. I was unable to detect any discernable difference in picture quality between the HDMI lead supplied by Sky and the one I had just bought. In fact it looked slightly worse. The price is good and it has lots of good reviews but in my opinion spending money on budget cables is just false economy. I returned the cable and went down to Comet and bought a Monster cable. Result? Vast improvement.

This high-quality cable deserves to be snapped up at its incredibly reasonable price. I now have two connecting my Blu-Ray player to a Full HD tv and a surround-sound system and the result is stunning sound and vision. Bravo!

A quality cable for a very realistic price. Well shielded and finished with care. This cable connects my Sony w4500 series TV to a Sony BDPS550 Blu Ray player. Always a worry that the cable could be the weak link but it worked perfectly with excellent picture clarity and audio. Colours and motion are outstanding so the cable is certainly doing its job. I will certainly buy again.
