The Sony KDL-32S3020 which I ordered came the next day and, when connected as shown in the handbook, worked perfectly. It was very quick and easy to do, and the handbook was written in intelligible English. I am not used to this so it came as a pleasant surprise. Well done, Sony!

After many weeks of deliberation and to my wifes relief I finally made my choice and decided on this Sony being offered by Amazon. Received my purchase Friday; thanks Amazon I wasn't expecting it till after the weekend. I found it very easy to set-up. The quality of the picture well beyond my expectations. On Sunday decided to connect my daughters X-Box 360 using one of the HDMI connections, I was amazed at the difference in the quality of the DVD picture, so much so that I have ordered a Sony Upscaling DVD player (through Amazon)to utilize the full capabilities of the TV. I have no hesitation in recommending this TV to everyone.

I cannot recommend this TV enough! Was a little confused with the decription above, especially with the number of HDMI connections. It helps to look at the spec' of the KDL32S300 as they are pretty much identical (3 HDMI slots ETC). Set up is so simple. Had everything working in under 15 minutes! Picture is incredible, even when comparing to my old LCD set. My PS3 hooked up easily and looks amazing. BLU ray discs are also stunning! I belive the sound is good, even though I had read negative comments when looking at TV's, certainly great for normal telly. The intergrated freeview also works fine, even though I only have an old areal. I do live on top of a hill though!!
I'm a massive fan of Sony products as I have never had problems in the past.
If you are thinking of upgrading TV's, I can't think of a reason not to go for this one!
I assume Amazon have made a mistake with the product description? May 15, 2008

Surely this is a 32 inch TV and not 20. Also, it has 3 hdmi ports not 1?
