Bought this to replace newish Polaroid TV in the kitchen that had appalling viewing angle, and is now relegated to the office. The viewing angle on this Sony is superb - as is the vibrant, sharp picture.
Why didn't I go for a Sony in the first place?
You gets what you pay for.....

My white 20S Sony arrived this week. The delivery and price were excellent. It took exactly five minutes from switching on to automatically tune in both analogue and digital programmes, our kitchen TV aerial is in the loft and I wondered whether we would be able to get a good reception but the picture quality and sound couldn't be better. I wanted a flat screen that would easily be put onto the wall in the kitchen dining area. The back of the set is black but this cannot been seen when on the wall the front matches my white kitchen cupboards, to be able to put the tv on the wall you need to remove the stand by removing 3 screws, the instructions are not that clear which 3 to remove, for those who have the same problem, it is the 3 of the 4 nearest to the centre then fit the suggested bracket which I ordered at the same time as the tv. I am very happy with my purchase.

The Sony KDL 20S3030 came today and was so easy to set up. This is my first personal experience with LCD television. The Sony is a replacement for an old CRT tv that lived in the kitchen. The 20 inch size is perfect. I am very impressed with this Sony's ability to pick up digital channels so well as I am in a notoriously bad digital reception area.
In fact the picture is SO good it now makes my Panasonic CRT in the sitting room a poor second, even with Satellite reception. My only and very little niggle is that the back of this lovely white TV is, in fact, black. Sound on this unit is very good.
Full marks to Amazon also for efficiently processing my order and keeping me informed of dispatches, etc. And the price was 100 cheaper than what I could buy this TV for locally.
