I recently purchased an Easycom ME 2700DVBT flipdown tv.
The first problem was in fixing the tv to the underside of the kitchen cabinet.I had to drill four holes through the cabinet(brand new by the way) and then had four long protuding screws sticking up into the cabinet. Surely with a product this expensive a better design could have been available for fixing. However this was a minor issue compared with the quality of the picture and sound.The picture only offered one reasonable vantage point,sit to one side and the picture deteriorated.
The adjustment menu was so limited as to be meaningless. The sound quality was irritatingly tinny-again the adjustment menu could do nothing to improve this. I initially thought that the problems might be with the quality of my imput signal etc.but having contacted the retailer from whom I brought the product, their engineer installed one in his shop and the results were just the same. My money was immediately refunded.I then purchased an orthodox branded 19in flat screen tv for two thirds of the price wich works perfectly.
Do not buy this tv!
