The r dock is incredible. It turns the ipod sound into proper hi fi quality. I am truly amazed by this. There is also a unique function where the unit can stop charging the ipod when you are using the dock, thus eliminating electrical interference and further enhancing the sound quality. The build quality is great. This is a genius device by the high end British company Arcam. The unit retails at 130 usually but even at that price it is a bit of a steal if you value true hi fi quality sound from your ipod. Great product.
