This is an excellent TV.
Having spent ages trying to decide between plasma or lcd and reading the pro's and cons of both, I decided on this plasma LG.
The colours are rich and full, the blacks deep and dark with no signs of motion blur.
The Image quality is very crisp and sharp without any jagged edges.
The connectivity is excellent with as many connection ports as you could need 4x hdmi, rgb (for pc), 2x scart and more.
Some people have had problems with image retention, but I have had no problems at all in this area along with many other people.
The styling in my opinion is probably the nicest looking tv on the market at the moment.
The only slight down side to it is because of the styling there is no forward facing speakers, which while providing a very good quality nice sound can feel a little lacking in bass when changing from a traditional tv, but thats just personal opinion as I like plenty of bass.
Overall: better than the equivalent sony bravia in my opinion. do yourselves a favour and buy one.

This TV is very good in so many ways namely the blacks are nice and deep as is the contrast when watching films. It has a crt feel about it. Unfortunately it has its little flaws which whilst im being critical arnt a massive deal. When the screen is filled with white it goes a grey colour.. dont know why. Its ok when a small portion of white is on but its quite flawed when the odd advert comes on which has a total white background. It also has a slight screen burn issue where images from a second or two before can be seen. Ive fiddled with the many settings but after reading the reviews it appears this is a common error. The tv does boast a good spec namely 100hz technology, lovely glass front, plus its LG so you are getting a decent panel. I have to honest and say id recommend a bigger one for the price as this is a 32" inch plasma which in plasma world i think you need a 42. A 32" lcd may be better for you as it will be lighter and just that bit sharper than this one. All sounds a bit negative but generally its a good set overall.

I was in such a quandry before this tv came along! LCD or Plasma? The nightmare question we all ask when buying a new tv!
I tried the LCD route and the first one lasted 3 years before it was detroyed by my nipper pulling it over. The new LCD I tried (the award winning Panasonic LZD85)was abysmal for watching sport/fast action, which was my main requirement, and hence it was returned.
I didn't want a room engulfing tv for the lounge (not strictly true as my wife didn't want anything too big for the first time in her life!)so the 32" plasma was going to be the all or nothing option....
I have to say that I haven't regretted buying this one bit and even the wife thinks it looks a sexy bit of kit!
Great style and a performance to match, make this tv the one to beat in this size range.
