It seems that OfficeEtc are the ones who are still selling this item as "in stock", when clearly it's not.
I wasted a week waiting for them to confirm that they've dispatched it and processed my order. Yet I haven't heard squat all from them even until this day, 11 days later.
I've emailed them many times to ask them if my printer will be shipped any time soon - no reply
I told them to cancel the transaction and refund me - no reply.
I lost patients and bought it from another website.
So do NOT buy this printer from OfficeEtc unless you dont mind waiting at least a week for them to even ship it out to you. Therefore, it is advised that you don't waste money on next day delivery if you DO decide to buy from them.

I ordered this printer from Amazon as my old HP was nearly a gonner.
It arrived very quickly,and the set up was fairly straight forward.
One word of caution! be patient when setting up the printer for wireless connecting, make sure that you keep the usb lead connected until "setup successful" is displayed.
As for the printout quality - this printer is brilliant, I have printed out documents and photos and the quality of each is superb!!!!
I am working my way through all of the features and so far this printer is one of the best value for money I've seen...oh don't forget you can use it wirelessly :-).
P.S. It's now under 100.00!!! Well done Amazon.

This is a fantastic Printer/Scanner/Copier. Very easy to set up using the User Guide and works flawlessly within my wireless network. Id recently swapped from a desktop to a Laptop and decided that i wanted a wireless printer to go with it. Really pleased i went with this one. It does everything it says it does effortlessly and is so easy to use. Was set up within 30 mins of taking out of the box (at least 10 mins of that unpacking/installing the inks etc). very Highly Recommended!

Ignore the rating as I have not used the product. The printer is a Christmas present so cannot comment on how good it is. I bought replacement cartridges on the basis of Amazon's recommendation on what people frequently buy with the printer. Be warned they are not the correct ones for this printer. A third party marketseller, Shima Uma, made the sale and they were very good about accepting the return, although they had supplied what I had ordered.
I am surprised that Amazon have not put a warning by the recommendation, as I suggested, as it is very misleading and confusing.
The refund took a while to process.

I bought this because I needed a Wi-Fi printer.
I must say it was a breeze to set the wireless network up,which can be awkward to say the least.Canon seemed to have made this easy just follow the manual and you can`t go wrong.Have got it wireless networked to one desktop PC and two laptops and works great.
Well recommended.
