This is a OEM tray CPU version so it will not come with the intel heat fan or box but if your looking at this you will know that intel stock fan are not good so no great loss, the item will come securely packaged and has been fully tested 100% working as brand new. This CPU is reknowned to be the best bang for buck quad core & the best overclocking potential chip it will also be phased out soon with the cheaper cut down inferior version Q8200 so this cpu will become harder to come by. Very rare chance to own this amazing CPU please dont forget this is the tray OEM version and are known to have a higher head room for overclocking potential than the retail box versions. That is one amasing processor. I managed to "tune it up" by 25% and yet with a lower voltage than stock. The 4star is because my one's VID is 1.325 which is one of the highest.
