2.5" or 3.5" Stick it in. Unmount it and pull it out and stick in another.The ultimate back up tool. You can even install Linux on it and boot from it. Its half the price of the one at Maplin! I'm very impressed.

I have just taken delivery of my HDD docking station and have used it to format two new disks and am copying onto one now.
Everything seems to work fine. This is just what I've been looking for to back up video, It saves me having lots of cased HDDs on my desk, taking up space and plugs.
Two small problems: the unit doesn't match the picture, it is square in the photo and the delivered item has a semi-circular back coming to a triangular rounded point in front; also, it isn't hotswapable (at least for me), no real problem as it is a simple matter to reach behind and switch off before putting in a new disk.
One thing that isn't really a problem, the instructions seem to be translated from the original Chinese by a Korean.
Overall--so far--I like it. I'll write more if there are any problems later.
